Fundamentals Training *Deposit* (132 Hour Course)

Schedule an enrollment meeting (virtual or in-person) to gather the important details listed below:

1. Your full name for the certificate, email address and phone number

2. Your Esthetician/Cosmetologist License Number (if you are practicing in the state of Colorado)

3. A photo of your state issued ID

4. Class Schedule You Desire (i.e Block 7)

Colorado Law Admission Requirements to enroll in the 132 Permanent Makeup course,

1. 18 years of age

2. Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist

Class begins at 8:00AM everyday. We have a 30 minute lunch break each day class is in session. The theory days will be completed following the required topics and hourly breakdowns set forth by DORA. The lab days will be split between latex hands-on work and live model days. The course will take place over a 14 day period on Mondays & Tuesdays of each week. We do not have class on days that fall on major holidays.
