Treatment Policy

  • Treat all members of our staff with respect. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service.


Permanent Makeup

  • Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees will be made, additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. We do not issue refunds for services rendered.

  • Additional charges will apply. Although we give our best effort to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.

  • Please refer to each service page, scroll down to find FAQ, to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you and whether or not the before & after care directions are a good fit for your lifestyle.

  • You MUST be 18 years of age or older to receive permanent makeup. Permanent makeup is considered a tattoo.


Previous Permanent Makeup

  • If you have previous permanent makeup, we would be happy to evaluate your needs to assess if we are able to be of help.

  • We require an in-person consultation for clients who have had previous work. There are many factors from scarring, color saturation, and shape of existing permanent makeup that will decide if we can help the situation. If we cannot, we will discuss removal options. Consultations for this are complimentary.


Touchups

  • The touch-up can be scheduled online under “Permanent Makeup Followup” There is a separate fee to schedule a touch-up appointment.  

  • The touch-up visit must be scheduled no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 12 weeks after the first session to ensure optimal results.

  • Additional sessions are priced based on the amount of time that has passed since your last visit. We do offer Annual Refresh rates for our existing clients. If you are coming from another establishment and need corrective work, you are considered a new client in our clinic.


Preferred Payment Options

Our credit card processing fees have increased. As a result we prefer the alternative payment options:

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. Deposits will go towards the appointment total. Deposits are not transferable between artists.

  • In order to keep the deposit valid, reschedule prior to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Anything less than 72 hours, the deposit will be forfeit and the client will need to pay a new deposit to book a new date. The old deposit will be forfeited and not go towards the scheduled appointment.

  • Client is allowed only one reschedule the appointment with 72 hours prior notice.

  • Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled. Even if the cancellation is before the 72-hour notice. Any cancellation will forfeit the deposit.

  • Same-day cancellation will be considered a no-call/no-show.

  • Please be on time for the appointment. Anything more than 10 minutes late will be considered a “no show” and will be charged the full-service fee.

  • We have the right to refuse service to a client for any reason regardless of being able to receive a follow-up/touch-up appointment. This will not result in a refund.

  • We ask for the courtesy of communicating in advance. Please understand the only way we are paid is by you coming to your scheduled appointment or giving us adequate time to fill the time slot. If you do not show up and do not call, you will forfeit the deposit.


Consultation Deposit

Due to the high number of clients making consultation appointments and not calling or showing up, we require a $20 fee to reserve a consultation appointment. This fee can be transferred to a scheduled appointment. In order to keep the deposit valid, reschedule prior to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. We ask for the courtesy of communicating in advance. Please understand the only way we are paid is by you coming to your scheduled appointment or giving us adequate time to fill the time slot. If you do not show up and do not call, you will forfeit the deposit.


Academy Policies

Come ready to absorb information. Any feedback you receive, it is meant to make you the very best permanent makeup artist!

  • Latex Competition Games- this will take place on the last theory day before the model date(s). This is a friendly competition and there will be the most improved and overall best winners for each category. All the while when we are working on latex, the end goal is for it to be beautiful. Please do not treat it as a boring task as it is the only opportunity to work with our machines before live skin.

  • For activity days, please take the opportunity to sketch and stretch each other SERIOUSLY as this will be your only practice prior to hands-on days.

  • You will have an exam on the last theory day.

  • The last Monday theory day will be picture day.

  • Please be looking out for your models, if you need assistance, please reach out ahead of time.

  • Lunch breaks should not exceed 60 minutes. There are nearby eateries and stores.


Cancellations

  • Please contact us 72 hours prior to your appointment if you would like to reschedule or cancel. 

  • If a client does not show up nor communicate with us, this client may be prohibited from scheduling in the future.


COVID-19 Policy (if it is enforced by the state in the future)

  • You must wear a mask to your appointment, and keep it on for the duration of the appointment. We will wear masks and gloves as well to try and keep everyone safe.

  • Please come solo to your appointment. No exceptions, including children. Please leave all personal belongings in your car, other than your mask, cell phone (if needed), and payment method.

  • We will be following a strict one-client per-provider rule. When you have arrived at the clinic, please stay in your car until your appointment starts time.

  • Once inside, your provider will be taking your temperature with a forehead thermometer. If your temperature is over 100 degrees, you will be asked to reschedule. * If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of any illness such as a fever, a sore throat, shortness of breath, chest tightness, or a cough DO NOT COME INTO THE ClINIC. We will get you rescheduled for when you are feeling better.

  • Please DO NOT come into the office without an appointment or without following the above protocol.
