Rosacea Triggers

Rosacea is a chronic, inflammatory skin condition that primarily affects the face, causing redness, visible blood vessels, and bumps.

Sometimes it can be challenging to know what exactly causes a rosacea flare-up. But we do know that certain triggers like sun exposure, extreme heat/cold, stress, dairy, caffeine, spicy food, alcohol, and pretty much all the good stuff that we like can worsen the symptoms.

To improve your results it's important to speak to a practitioner who can help you identify what may be contributing to your symptoms, and how to best support your skin in a way that's suits you! We are here to answer all your questions!
